Start: The zero filled representation of the first IP
address in a known block allocation. IPs are assigned in groups
of varying size.
Stop: The zero filled representation of the last IP address in a known block allocation.
Owner: The company or entity responsible for an IP block as indicated by start and stop addresses. Due to mergers, acquisistions and name changes this may not be as straightforward as it sounds. Clicking on the block owner will give you are more detailed report discussed below.
Domains: This value represents the number of domains that have been spamvertized within the specified IP block.
IPs: This value represents the number of IP addresses associated with spamvertizing in the specified IP block. It's often less than the number of domains -- as multiple domains may share the same IP address.
InQty: How many incoming spam messages have referred to domains or IP addresses in this block.
Last: The date associated with the most recent captured spam that refers to one of the domains or IPs in the block.
UC/BE: The quantity of spammy email messages that appear to have been sent from this IP block in the last 3 days. This isn't our primary concern but it is somewhat interesting anyway.
As well as the information discussed above, a block detail report contains a subsection with the following fields:

IP Address: A single IP address that has been abused
via spamvertizement. It may be directly abused or via an
associated domain name.
Domain: A single domain name abused via spamvertizement.
InQty: The quantity of captured spammy messages referring to the IP Address/Domain specified.
Tracked Via: A list of common blocklists that have this IP address in their sights. You can visit the site in question for more details.
